Task Force Agency Office Management Made Simple

The Narcotics Investigative Reporting System (N.I.R.S.) was developed with the Task Force Agency in mind. It's features permit any user to quickly master data entry, retrieval, and report generation. Custom report conditions may be incorporated into most reports to create custom reports and data retrieval.

All data is entered by data entry screens and is user friendly and is common user access (CUA) compliant. Mouse support is also provided if desired. It only takes a few minutes to enter the information pertaining to a task force case, facts, suspects, and property. Reports can be generated at any time.

The Narcotics Investigative Reporting System provides the following features:

1. A built-in security program which controls access into the software program.

2. Easy data entry, editing, and retrieval.

3. Numerous data bases to keep track of task force numbers, case facts, suspects, property, and dispositions.

4. Numerous scanning capabilities. This allows users to scan for numerous fields in the task force number file, suspect, facts, property, and dispositions files to generate customized reports.

5. Custom program changes is available if your need requires changes to the data files and/or to the programs and reports.

The program was designed by persons with years of law enforcement experience who was involved with the Narcotics Task Force Agency. The data files are FoxPro compatible which many other programs on the market may be able to access the data for further custom reports. Reports may be sent to the monitor's screen, a printer, or to a disk file.

The latest version of Narcotics Investigative Reporting System is now a 32 bit program and will only run under Windows 98, 98se, Millennium, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 or Windows Vista. Program requirements are a PC compatible computer (Pentium or higher) with 64 Megs of Memory (256 Megs or higher recommended), a hard disk (35 Megs for programs), mouse or other pointing device required, Super VGA monitor or higher with 800x600 resolution or higher, and Windows 98 or later including Windows XP.
